THE MATTER OF LIFE
This piece, which depicts scenes from a real life adoption story, is an example of a narrative reenactment project created by our team. We collaborated with the client to select the scenes that best translated to film and scouted locations that provided us with the most versatility so that we could effectively and accurately tell the story within budget. We set up shop on city streets, airplanes sets, studio backlots and private homes, and filmed on a hospital set for the delivery scene. With the help of an on-set Medical Consultant, we were able to capture an organic, moving performance that made it easy to deliver a beautiful final product.
