Hello, San Antonio!

We were delighted that our team was hired by Quiet Hour Ministries to design and implement the visual look of their booth for the 2015 General Conference Session in San Antonio, Texas! Bringing together extensive lighting, sound and our brand new LED wall, we were able to create a comprehensive, fun, and unique atmosphere that drew in thousands of interested conference guests.

Suffice it say, we impressed the crowd. Metal beams were staggered around the perimeter, beaded with our intricate lighting set-up that projected high-powered, multi-colored prints onto the wall, floor, and information decks. The effect was truly amazing! Even under harsh fluorescent ceiling lights, our lighting was sharp and vivid, swirling shapes in mesmerizing circles that added a hint of movement wherever you looked.

Stepping into the area, it really felt as though you were entering a whole new world. Music played just loud enough to give a defined rhythm to the atmosphere, while not overpowering the purpose of the booth.

While people were given tours and information, our LED wall played scenes from our award-winning television show Missions Today, filmed by Digital Paradigm in conjunction with Quiet Hour over the past two years. Seeing our LED wall in action for the first time was so impressive and extremely satisfying!

We were eager to present our visuals here at this conference. The days of hard work that brought this booth together were insignificant compared to the excitement and gratification that came from viewing the final outcome. But the rewards of a good “show”, even if it is something like an information booth, always brings us a lot of joy. The creation of an atmosphere is a lot like filmmaking; allowing people to enter into a different “world”, creating new sensations of sound, sight and experience is why we do what we do. So, hello, San Antonio! You were a good city to geek out in!
